GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Never in the history of the United States, has the need for attention to the care of the elderly and disabled been so urgent. A variety of elements have radically increased the cost of care, at the same time the need is growing dramatically. Happy Health Services welcomes the opportunity to play a decisive roll in serving the state of Nevada to help meet this challenge. We focus on several items related to personal care we consider to be of great importance. It is our objective to increase the accessibility and quality of care, even as the need continues to grow. We have implemented revolutionary management and cost control procedures, so our resources and attention can be directed to the quality and qualifications of the caregivers.

The wish list is a concept unique to Happy Health Services which we hope to expand in the future. We understand that no agency can be all things needed to the client. Sometimes charitable or private organizations can assist with that one personal need that could radically improve the quality of a client’s life. Quite often Happy Health Services can accommodate that special need outside the scope of the client’s service contract. When that is not possible, we work with private and charitable organizations to assist in this task. It is the goal of Happy Health Services to eventually see all agencies and services working together for the welfare and happiness of the client. The best of the best people work in this industry, and they deserve all the tools and business assistance that can be afforded them to do their task. We use our resources to assist the client with activities that may go beyond any established service plan. Whether it is getting to a special social event, or a long awaited trip to the movie theater, home care can be more then just the essential needs. It can involve many things that contribute to the quality and uniqueness of each individual’s life.

FROM THE FOUNDER: My personal experience with the disability of loved ones first made me aware of the critical need for quality personal care services in 1998. I have committed my efforts and resources to bring opportunity and improvements to this very important industry. My reward is the quality of life that has been returned to our clients by providing quality personal care. We are proud to take part in the opportunity to improve the lives of others. We will continue to strive for making quality care available for everyone, and continually raise the standards for home care.
